President Maduro to AMLO: Count on the absolute solidarity of the People of Venezuela

This Tuesday, April 16, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, reiterated to his Mexican counterpart, Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO), the solidarity of all the people of Venezuela, in the face of the events of Ecuador against their embassy in Quito.

“I want to express to President López Obrador the absolute total solidarity of the People of Venezuela, this cradle of liberators, with the People of Mexico. Mexico is not alone, it has the voice of our America accompanying it,” said the Head of State during his speech at the Extraordinary Virtual Summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC).

In this regard, he stressed that the words of the Heads of State at the CELAC Virtual Summit reaffirms the struggle of a continent for respect and for being a territory of peace.
