President Maduro: The PSUV has done an exemplary exercise in People's Methodicy

This Saturday, March 16, the president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Nicolás Maduro, described as exemplary the method of consulting the bases of the red awning for the election of the candidate for the presidential elections of 2024.

“I believe that in complying with the Constitution, the laws and the principles of participatory and leading democracy, the PSUV has carried out an exemplary exercise of the people's methodology, of the bottom-up method to make this decision,” said the president of the Republic Nicolás Maduro during the V Congress of the PSUV.

He also pointed out that the Venezuelan oligarchy was pained by the great expression of militancy that was deployed in assemblies across the country to support the candidacy of President Nicolás Maduro.

In this regard, he explained that 257,215 street meetings, 44,737 community meetings, 15,234 Bolivar-Chávez Battle Units (UBCH) were held.

“We have to see the face of the force we have been building (...) and 4 million 240 thousand 32 grassroots militants participated in the meetings,” Tizó says.
