The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, during his program With Maduro+, stressed that the People in the street came out to reject the oligarchy's attempt to restore the model of the Punto Fijo Pact and its intentions surrendered to the country's empire.

“Our paths were developed in the streets and there the paths of the Great Homeland of the Bolivarian Revolution will continue to take shape,” the Head of State emphasized during a segment in which he asserted that the marches held on January 23 left turulets for national and international public opinion.

“K.O. have not yet recovered from what this people came out to the four cardinal points of the Homeland, from East to West, from North to South, the march was monumental because the People were stung by those who betrayed them on 23-E 1958 and who now intend to restore the members of the oligarchy and their surnames,” said the National President.

He stressed that January 23, 2024 represented a “day of resurrection, of hope, but also a day to remember the stab wound that the Punto Fijo and the elites nailed to the People,” he stressed.
