President Maduro: The Justice System has been a great shield defending peace and institutional stability

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, affirmed that the magistrates of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ), and the Venezuelan Justice System in general during the year 2024, “have shone and have become like never before the great shield defending the right to peace, to respect for the National Constitution and to the institutional and political stability of the Republic.”

In that regard, he emphasized that the People have justice to protect them, “great tasks lie ahead, the Judicial Revolution that we started three years ago, still has many pending issues.”

He added that the Bolivarian Government is making progress in the necessary actions for the complete regularization of the Judicial System, that “there is no judicial debt to anyone and that justice is truly restorative.”

“Venezuela's justice system has been fundamental in defending our peace, dismantling stalks and ambushes. 2024 will be remembered as the year in which the People and the institutions exposed the great conspiracy against our democracy and the right to peace,” he emphasized.

The approach was made during the Solemn Opening Session of Judicial Activities 2025, held at the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) and presentation of its Management Report corresponding to the year 2024.
