President Maduro: The ALBA-TCP has guaranteed stability in the region

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, stressed that the 20 years of ALBA-TCP demonstrates that the struggle for self-determination of Peoples to guarantee the political and economic stability of Latin America and the Caribbean is thanks to the unity of the nations that comprise it.

He urged that the 2030 agenda should bring all member countries to the greatest possible happiness.

“Nothing will stop us from pursuing our objective of continuing in full democracy for our peoples,” he said during the closing of the XXIV ALBA-TCP Summit.

The Head of State welcomed every participation of the member countries of this body created by Commanders Hugo Chávez and Fidel Castro.

“Let's follow the path traced by Bolívar, Chávez ñ, Fidel and Martí,” he concluded.
