The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, reported that risk system officials are dealing with floods recorded in Petare, caused by recent rains. In his radio program “With Maduro Suddenly”, the Head of State reported the incidents recorded in real time.

For her part, the country's Executive Vice President, Delcy Rodríguez, explained that “the entire risk system is deployed, addressing every type of difficulty that has arisen in the La Línea sector of the populous place.”

He added that the national government team and the government of Miranda state made an appearance at the site.

The President urged that “all teams must be aware, so far we have not had major effects but they must be kept alert”.
