The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, during a working day dedicated to showing the advances of the Great Science, Technology and Innovation Mission “Dr. Humberto Fernández-Morán”, recognized the excellence of the staff of the Venezuelan Institute for Scientific Research who have left a legacy to humanity.
Dr. Humberto Fernández-Morán chose these spaces in the area of Altos de Pipe, in the state of Miranda, and you can feel the presence of this hero of the Fatherland to whom we pay tribute through the Great Science and Technology Mission that bears his name,” stressed the head of state.
