President Maduro paid tribute to Jorge Rodríguez father at his birth

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, paid tribute this Sunday to the revolutionary leader Jorge Rodríguez Sr., on the 83rd anniversary of his birth.

Through his social networks, the Head of State pointed out that Rodríguez became one of the “most outstanding leaders of the youth of the 70s (...) a revolutionary with a unique charism and energy,” he said.

The Dignitary highlighted that “our generation grew up with the iconic symbol of its courage, intelligence and courage. He succeeded in articulating the most powerful movement of the radical left to build a student leadership of unity with the People.”

In this regard, he recalled his legacy and vision, and stated that “we carry his strength as a flag”.
