President Maduro paid tribute to corvette captain Víctor Hugo Morales: A Revolutionary Hero

“I met a revolutionary hero. A one-piece man, with a unique conviction, intelligent and firm.”
With these words, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, paid heartfelt tribute to
to the revolutionary corvette captain, Víctor Hugo Morales, who physically left this Sunday, the 21st, in Miranda state.
From his program With Maduro+, the National President emphasized that “today it was the Superior General Staff of the Armed Forces , under my orders, to pay military honors to the revolutionary corvette captain, Víctor Hugo Morales.”
“In addition, I presented him with the Liberators of Venezuela award, for him, for his example, and I handed him the replica of the sabre carried by the Liberator Simon Bolivar to the battle of Carabobo,” he indicated while signing that he hoped that “he will have all the strength of the liberators and from wherever he is he will protect us, bless us and continue to give us his wise advice”.
