President Maduro on Sharks: They have set baseball high!

The Tiburones de La Guaira demonstrated that sport is a window for union and recreation for all Venezuelans, said the President of the Republic, Nicolas Maduro.

Through a message published in his X account, the Head of State congratulated the sharks for winning, after 38 years, their eighth title as champions of the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League (LVBP).

“The boys did it, they set baseball high and demonstrated that the sport is a window of union and recreation for all Venezuelans. Long live the Sharks! What a pride!” , wrote the Head of State.

In the same way, he expressed his respect to the Cardinals of Lara who, in his opinion, had an extraordinary season.
