The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, reported that, on May 31, the Bolivarian Government will inaugurate the National University of the Communes, as a training center for Popular Power.

The announcement was made during the activity carried out in Miranda state, to consolidate the Popular and Communal Government System in La Dolorita, Miranda state, where he pointed out that it will be a place of development for the People.

He also indicated that in the next few hours the management team will be announced, “that's why I have given it the rank of university, the highest level for all of you to connect in training as leaders. Anyone who wants to study communal development, communal economics, careers linked to the new development of the new democracy, can graduate here.”

He argued that this house of study will have training courses so that all spokespersons and spokespersons, as well as leaders of the great communal movement, pass through these ranks and are trained to raise their capacity to understand the leadership struggle.

“We must combine practical work with reflection, ongoing study, planning and link it with our intelligence, human intelligence, the wisdom of ordinary men and women,” he said.

He also stressed that “I trust in the wisdom of that simple woman and man, let us have faith in ourselves, we don't think we are better than anyone else and I aspire to be a magnate, nor a supremacist, we are no more than anyone, but let no one believe in the north or in any part of the world that we are less”.

He said that “we must study, we must be trained to open understanding and “thus open the understanding of many people who must be enlightened with the truth, because there are still many people who allow themselves to be confused, deceived, but we are the truth and the good for our country”.

In addition, the head of state also reported that he is working together with a global power to create Venezuelan Artificial Intelligence.

On this matter, he indicated that true intelligence is that which comes from the people.
