President Maduro: More than 10 million people mobilized during Holy Week

“A total of 10 million 621,606 compatriots mobilized during the Holy Week holiday throughout the national territory,” said the Head of State, Nicolás Maduro this Monday in his Con Maduro+ program.

“The religious temples were visited by more than two million compatriots; hotel occupancy was 100% in Morrocoy, Puerto Cabello, Los Roques, Mochima and Colonia Tovar. In Lecherías and La Guaira 98%, Margarita and Higuerote 98%, Ocumare de la Costa 97%, Canaima 95%, Barlovento 91%, Rio Chico 86%, Puerto la Cruz 71%, Mérida 65% (...) Truly impressive data,” said President Maduro.

He highlighted that, compared to 2023, Venezuela experienced tourism growth of 12.6%. “Venezuela is a beautiful country,” he stressed.
