President Maduro: Ministries must territorialize their work in the 4,505 Community Circuits

This Tuesday, August 20, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, stressed that it is of the utmost importance that all Ministries must territorialize their work in the 4,505 Community Circuits.

He added that this action must also be carried out by all Governorates and other bodies, since the primary objective is for resources to reach the communities.

He said this during his visit to the Comuna Ruta de La Mandarina, in the Zamora municipality of Miranda state, where he specified that with the National Popular Consultation of the Community Circuits scheduled for this Sunday, August 25, “immediately, every project approved by each circuit, the money has to go down there and execute”.

On the other hand, he explained that “parallel to this, we are also financing 4,505 productive projects, we are healing wounds created by criminal economic sanctions, which were requested by the extreme right and by fascist surnames”.

In this regard, he specified that these wounds can be seen in the infrastructure in terms of “water, electricity, public works, schools, etc., and we are addressing and paying for them in several ways”.

“One of the fundamental ways is community, the main one, because you know that it is failing, that it is lacking,” he said.

The head of state emphasized that these deficiencies are also due to what he called “air governments, it is a structure of the active remnants of the old bourgeois state, of the previous bureaucracy, which we have to cut accounts now”.
