Meeting with the Communes and Overview of the Second National Popular Consultation

This Tuesday, August 27, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, made changes and ratifications within his ministerial cabinet to continue working to develop the new era of Venezuela.

“Today, August 27, we will make a profound renewal of the National Government and equip a new team that will allow us to go through this new era of transition, accelerate changes with the people and consolidate the peace won, the dialogue between all, because we fit everything and everyone, cure hate and unite in love and truth,” he said during the Meeting with the Communes and Balance of the Second National Popular Consultation.

Below are the changes and ratifications made by the Head of State:

  • Minister for Agriculture and Land: Menry Fernández
  • Minister for Tourism: Leticia Gómez
  • Minister for Finance and Foreign Trade: Anabel Pereira Fernández
  • Minister for Industry and National Production: Pedro Tellechea
  • Vice President and Minister for Petroleum: Delcy Rodríguez
  • Minister for Aquaculture and Fisheries: Juan Carlos Loyo
  • President of PDVSA: Héctor Obregón
  • Minister for Food: Leal Tellería
  • Minister for Labor: Eduardo Piñate
  • Minister for Youth: Grecia Colmenares
  • Minister for Sports: Arnaldo Sánchez
  • Minister for Education: Héctor Rodríguez
