The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, launched this Thursday the Antonio José de Sucre Plan to pacify, vindicate and build the new Petare, after the fall of the criminal Wilexis, who was plaguing the population of this popular parish in the Sucre municipality, in Miranda state.

During the launch of the 4th Transformation (Q4): Great Social Transformation, the Head of State appointed the first vice-president of the National Assembly, Deputy Pedro Infante, as supreme head of this plan.

He pointed out that Wilexis was “one of the most horrible criminals in the history of crime in Venezuela (...) who was born under the protection of the extreme right, who was part of all violent plans”, such as Operation Gideon, in which “he was responsible for setting up a shooting in petare to distract the police from the arrival of mercenaries by Macuto. And 1000 more crimes.”

“I say to the people of Petare Norte: rest assured that Petare Norte, all of Petare and the entire Sucre municipality we are going to turn it into a territory of peace, security, prosperity and just as we ended the Koki gang, just as we ended the Aragua Train, just as we are ending the Tren de los Llanos, we are also going to completely dismember the remains of the gang of this horrible criminal called the Wilexis,” he said.
