Through the social network X, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, invited you to download, read and share Bulletin No. 398 of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), which this time highlights the Government Plan of the Bolivarian Revolution.

“The protagonist is the People who wrote the Government Plan, heading to 2030, thinking about the 7 Transformations that our Homeland needs to continue consolidating the greening that Venezuelans and Venezuelans deserve.
