Through the social network X, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, highlighted the start of the Happy Carnival 2024.

“With a lot of joy, color and rumba,” said the National President while inviting Venezuelans to participate in different cultural, sporting and reactive activities.
