President Maduro: Investigations into the attack against the SEN are well advanced

This Monday, September 02, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, assured that the investigations against the attack against the National Electric System (SEN), “are very, very, very advanced.”

“I'm not going to say an extra word, because here you don't have to say words, but to go to the facts so that there is justice and identify the highest intellectual and material responsible for this fascist criminal attack,” he said.

He emphasized that “there is direct evidence of this attack, which was very different from that of March, April and May of 2019.”

This was stated from the Miraflores Palace, in the Editorial of his program Con Maduro+, in his 55th broadcast, where he stressed that this is the deadliest attack ever attempted in the country's history.

He also announced that in gratitude to the Venezuelan people he is bringing forward the Christmas holidays, “I am going to decree an advance of Christmas for October 1st.”

He also stated that the month of September begins with good news, because if from January to August, there has only been economic growth and progress, and in matters related to the construction of a new Venezuelan model, “for a prosperous and most importantly autonomous, self-sustainable economy.”

“Even the criminal electrical attack didn't stop the economy, because people continued to work,” he said.
