President Maduro instructs to accelerate the creation of the La Guaira ZEE

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, instructed to accelerate the creation of the La Guaira Special Economic Zone (ZEE).

In his Con Maduro+ program, he highlighted that the state of La Guaira has entered the stage of being an economic and tourist power in Venezuela, thanks to the twinning between this town and the Chinese city Shenzhen.

“I just named Alex Saab Morán, president of the International Center for Productive Investment (...) immediately call Alex Saab to a working meeting; a man with great experience, he knows how to land projects,” he ordered.

He asked to start immediately with investment plans in La Guaira, in the fishing, industrial, tourism and commercial sectors.
