President Maduro inaugurated the “Dr. Rafael Tortolero” Neonatology Unit in Carabobo

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, inaugurated this Friday, May 31, the new Neonatology Unit of the “Dr. Adolfo Prince Lara” Hospital, in Carabobo state, as part of the actions of the 1x10 System of Good Governance.

“I have just inaugurated the new Neonatology Unit of the Prince Lara Hospital, for the boys and girls of Puerto Cabello, with the 1x10 of Good Governance,” he said.

In the framework of the event, he said that “Puerto Cabello here you have your Neonatology Unit, and with the 1x10 we are going to continue moving forward”.

He said that everything that is done for the boys and girls of Venezuela is with the favor of God, “because the greatest expression of God's existence are boys and girls, who are born innocent, who grow up and who must have all the guarantees, all the support.”

“This first-world pediatric care unit, in the face of every criminal sanction, our resilience, loving and great solution,” he emphasized.

The head of state reiterated that the new space has “the best technology in the world for Venezuela, despite the sanctions, because, I have said: In the face of every criminal sanction, a great solution. We are achieving it and what we are going for is going forward”.

This space has state-of-the-art equipment and 12 neonatology specialists, who guarantee comprehensive medical care for newborns at the health center, as well as other hospitals in neighboring states, also offering timely medical treatments.
