President Maduro: In the face of destabilization attempts, the greatest response is the mobilized people

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, once again confirmed that the greatest and most effective response to attempts at destabilization by the fascist extreme right, “is the permanently mobilized, empowered, conscious people.”

The statement was made when referring to the manipulation of social networks by means of Artificial Intelligence (AI). “We are in the time of Artificial Intelligence and the war of bots and we are very clear and very determined to build a true democracy and a healthy society of peace and to these phenomena we also have their answer,” he emphasized.

This was stated in the state of Miranda, where, within the framework of the Health Day, he reinaugurated the “Brisas de Charallave” Comprehensive Diagnostic Center, where he considered that it is of the utmost importance to talk “about the immense manipulation to which humanity is subject today, such as social networks”.

He explained that “bots direct you through Artificial Intelligence”, he explained and added that bots are no longer manipulated in so-called farms.

In this context, he argued that “there are issues in which they (extremists) start campaigns, for example, they have an imbecile campaign right now, on the subject of violence, January 10, to try to intimidate our people.”

“We have to keep up with these campaigns on the networks, all these campaigns are made with Artificial Intelligence more influential to try to disturb the peace of mind and tranquility of our people and their right to happiness at Christmas,” he stressed.
