President Maduro: In June, the proceeds will go directly to the country's grandparents

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, reported that starting next June 1st, the Bolivarian Government will begin to apply the Law on the Protection of Social Security Pensions.

In that sense, he emphasized that in the face of the imperialist blockade it will bring him good news of collection that will go directly to the grandparents and grandmothers of the Fatherland.

“In June I have good news for you with the proceeds that will come directly to you. To improve June, grow in July and continue to recover, indexed the income of our grandparents and grandmothers,” he said.

He argued that there is no government in the world that has indexed the income of its workers and grandparents, “we index it and we go up”.

During the Closing of the National Congress of Grandparents and Grandmothers of the Fatherland, he said that “we are leaving behind the raw phase of the wounds of sanctions and with the Great Mission of Grandparents and Grandmothers of the Fatherland, what we are going to do is going forward, to better times and to resolve everything and to change everything that needs to be changed, to guarantee the four vertices that we have defined as a priority”.
