President Maduro: If the United States agrees to respect Venezuela's decisions, we will return to dialogue

On the afternoon of this Wednesday, July 31, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro said that “we will burn the right wing and the Government of the United States. If they agree to respect Venezuela's decisions, we will return to dialogue.”
At a press conference for international media, the Head of State added that “Venezuela burns the elite of the United States because they couldn't handle us because they couldn't destroy the Bolivarian ideal for 200 years and long after they attacked Bolivar.”
He also said that “we have always talked and if they are willing to stop threatening we will return to the table, but on the basis of a single point; compliance with Qatar (...) I am a man of dialogue and agreement.”
