President Maduro: I support the AN's proposal to reform all electoral laws

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, expressed his full support for the proposal of the President of the National Assembly (AN), Jorge Rodríguez, to create a new Law on Political Parties and to review the legal instruments related to this matter.
In this regard, he stressed that “I agree with today's proposal in the National Assembly to reform all electoral laws and that those who ignore the laws, the Public Powers, the Constitution and intend to impose a fascist regime cannot participate in electoral processes.”
“Fascism is enough, enough with the extreme right, in Venezuela fascism will not happen, neither the hard way nor the wrong way,” he said in Plaza Bolívar-Chávez, in the state of La Guaira, where he unveiled the Statue of Commander Hugo Chávez Frías.
He considered that it is necessary to reform the Organic Law on Electoral Processes, “in the light of this dynamic, of this experience, it must be adapted, perfected and everyone who participates must be loyal to the processes.”
