President Maduro highlights strengthening of national agri-food production

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, during a working day on the occasion of the fifth anniversary of Productive Wednesday, assured that his prophecy of food self-sufficiency has been fulfilled with the efforts of national producers and with the support of the Bolivarian Government.

“It's been five years since I made the prophecy in April 2019 and the prophecy was fulfilled. Today I am going to make announcements that will also be carried out and that will greatly motivate the Venezuelan export sector,” said the national president from the Portuguese state regarding the inauguration of the Expo Venezuela Produce 2024.

From the “Batalla de Araure” Airport, located in the Portuguese state, 39 public and private companies show their productive potential from raw materials, processing, finished products and commercialization through 93 stands arranged over an area of 120 meters.
