President Maduro highlights 22% growth in tax revenues compared to 2024

During the broadcast of his program Con Maduro Live de Repente, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, highlighted that tax collection increased 22% compared to 2024.

“Regarding the level of collection, I have to say that it increased 22% compared to the same period in 2024, good news in terms of numbers, we raised 2,780 million dollars equivalent in bolivars, 502 million dollars more than in 2024, that is economic growth, that is wealth and that money goes to Community Banks, to neighborhood projects, to Great Missions and, also, to the indexed integral income of workers,” he said.

In this regard, the National President signed a decree that abolishes all taxes that are charged to productive sectors in municipalities for one year. “This is a guarantee in the face of new economic shocks,” he said.
