President Maduro highlighted the need to prioritize the issue of migration

During the XII Extraordinary Summit of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America - Peoples' Trade Agreement (ALBA-TCP), the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros, emphasized the need to prioritize the issue of migration.

“First of all, the issue of migration, respect for human rights. Request respect for migrants from our countries and guarantee, in cases, that their return is dignified to become integrated and productive citizens,” said the Head of State.

President Maduro highlighted the importance of caring for compatriots in each territory. “In Venezuela we have been working on the Plan Back to the Fatherland, we have been working on the plan for more than two years,” he said.

“Venezuelan migration is due to criminal sanctions against our country. The issue of migration has been treated as a business,” he stressed.
