President Maduro: FANB neutralized drug trafficking aircraft that tried to enter our territory

On November 27, the Bolivarian Military Aviation detected and neutralized an aircraft belonging to groups linked to drug trafficking that tried to enter our territory through the state of Falcón, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, reported.

During the annual ceremony to salute the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), the Head of State explained that this action was carried out in record time thanks to the high levels of preparation and operational readiness that our military institution has.

In addition, the Commander in Chief of the FANB explained that the Venezuelan military, together with the State Security Agencies, are working hard to eradicate from our territory any criminal group, national or foreign, that attempts to alter the stability of the nation.

“Permanent patrolling is essential to protect the strategic objectives of the Nation and protect our Homeland from all threats,” he emphasized.

He also mentioned that 2024 was a year of victory, because division, conspiracy and imperialism were defeated in the country. It should be noted that in 2024, the FANB neutralized five coup plots to destabilize the country.
