President Maduro exalts Venezuelan solidarity in the La Guaira tragedy 24 years after the landslide

On the 24th
anniversary of the La Guaira Tragedy, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of
Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, honored this Friday the heroes and heroines who
saved lives during this series of landslides, floods and landslides
that affected a large part of the state, after 15 days of heavy rains.
“The La Guaira Tragedy
occurred 24 years ago, an event that united the Venezuelan people in
love and solidarity. Our recognition to the heroes and heroines who saved
lives and to those who with effort rebuilt their land, which today shines the brightness
of a palpable reality that opens its way through hope,” said the
head of state through his account on the social network X.
