President Maduro deploys Bolivarian Militia Community Defense Exercises across the country

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, announced this Monday the deployment of the Bolivarian Militancy Community Defense Exercises, in the framework of the 16th anniversary of this important component of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB).
From the Miraflores Palace, where he hosted the grand march of the militiamen and militiamen, the Head of State highlighted the country's military power for the defense of the country's sovereignty.
“He's like a highly competitive athlete. The highly competitive athlete has to stay in shape for when the competitions come, a Pan American, a world cup, an Olympics, to be at the point of competition to win,” said the Commander in Chief of the FANB in reference to the preparation of the Militia.
In this regard, he stressed that military forces must be kept “in mental shape, in a strategic way, with the plans, with the capacity to deploy, in physical form and also with a very clear view of the entire national territory. We always have permanent aggression and external threats that we must know how to deal with, control and defeat permanently,” he instructed.
