President Maduro created a high commission to develop a law against fascism and neofascism

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, created a high State commission against fascism and neofascism, said the Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez.

Through a message published in his X account, Rodríguez reported that this body will be responsible for presenting to the National Assembly a Bill against Fascism and all neo-fascist expression in the exercise of politics and national life, in response to the acts of violence carried out by the right in the years 2014, 2015 and 2017.

In addition, such legislation will also address the serious consequences for the country's economy, sovereignty and territorial integrity compromised by extremist factors that seized the Venezuelan parliament in 2015 to strip Venezuela of its resources and create internal destabilization.

“And finally, in view of the international situation whose peace and stability are threatened by bitter neo-fascist expressions in centers of power at the service of the global north! In Venezuela neither fascism nor neo-Nazism will pass!” , Rodriguez said.
