President Maduro congratulated Superintendent José David Cabello and SENIAT workers for record collection

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, highlighted the work of the workers of the National Integrated Customs and Tax Administration Service (SENIAT) to increase revenue in this first quarter of the year.

“Here is colleague José David Cabello, president of SENIAT. I gave him the order on January 10, which was to double tax revenues and we have achieved a record figure,” he said.

The National President highlighted that according to the figures provided by Superintendent Cabello, the increase in revenue reached 78% in this first quarter.

“At the end of April, which means January, February, March and April, we have achieved records and we have collected 78% more in national taxes, which represents more than 3.1 billion dollars,” he said.

He stressed that this increase will make it possible to strengthen investment in the Great Missions, Missions and social plans of the Bolivarian Government to protect the People.

“I want to congratulate José David Cabello for the achievement of SENIAT in this first quarter and to all SENIAT workers,” he said.
