President Maduro: CELAC must weave together relations with the new world

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, assured that “the members of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELA) C are in a position to weave together relations with the new world that is emerging.”
During his speech at the 8th CELAC Summit, which is being held in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, the Head of State added that “we don't have to deepen our relations with China, with India, with BRICS+”.
He stressed that these two countries, world powers, have opened their arms to receive them. “We must articulate ourselves with the new world, together as a region.”
