President Maduro: April 21 will be the elections to select communal projects to be implemented

Nicolás Maduro, president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, announced that an electoral process will take place on April 21 to select the communal projects that will be implemented in the 'country.

“I call for a national consultation for the selection of 4500 projects corresponding to 4500 communes and communal circuits. We have the conversation so let's apply the methodology: that each commune and circuit nominate their three main projects, carry out their campaign and on the basis of the basic choice it is decided”, he instructed in his program this Monday, March 4, With Maduro+.

For his part, the governor of the state of Miranda, Héctor Rodríguez, explained that “we are debating so that proposals based on the Seven Transformations (7T) become Concrete Agendas of Action, commune by commune.”

During his speech, the first authority of the Mirandina entity pointed out that in its territory each commune has already chosen three projects - out of a total of 1,300 - and they will apply the election methodology and on that basis resources will be allocated by the regional government.
