The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, assured that 2024 will be remembered as the year of the great victory of the People against imperialism.

“It has been an unforgettable year and so it will remain in the memory of all Venezuelans,” he said from the Miraflores Palace at the close of a cultural day held in the city of Caracas to celebrate the peace of Christmas in the country.

In that sense, he stated that “we are Homeland, we are life and we are permanent victory. We are the People and we are full of life and happiness and since it is the first of December today we defend the peace of Christmas” -

The head of state urged the population not to allow themselves to be robbed of Christmas, peace by the fascists and with it the right to life and happiness.
