President Delcy Rodríguez: When the People Decide, Solutions Begin to Become a Reality

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, celebrated the record of community participation in the second National Popular Consultation 2026, held last Sunday, October 18.

“When the People decide, the solutions begin to come true,” said the president through her Telegram channel, where she recalled her visit to the Nine Roots of Simon Community Circuit, in Asylum, and the meeting with the condominium boards of La Candelaria, in Caracas, after the historic democratic day.

In his message, he highlighted the announcements of “more resources to promote their projects, care for our older adults and a new Youth Consultation in February 2027".
