With a call to awareness and the preservation of life, the president of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, proposed to move towards the formalization of the motorized sector by creating a single registry together with the National Institute of Land Traffic and the Autonomous Service of Registries and Notaries.

“It has to be formalized because the pressure on the public health system is very strong and together we have to add up,” said the president of Venezuela, who insisted on the urgent need to address the informality of work that affects the country's motorized vehicles and that directly impacts national health care.

During her speech, the president reiterated that reducing two-wheeled traffic accidents and curbing the human loss of young people on the roads must be a shared priority between the State, the unions and the drivers themselves: “I ask our Lord for protection for motorized and motorized vehicles,” she said when closing her call to conscience.

The president supported the proposals presented by the spokespersons for motorized youth, stressing that organizing the sector is essential for designing effective public policies and curbing road accidents caused by recklessness or alcohol consumption.

“The first objective we must have is to preserve and save life,” stressed the head of state from the Sol del Perú Hall of the Government Palace.

Among the authorities and guests present, the Minister of Popular Power for University Education and coordinator of the Program for Peace and Democratic Coexistence, Ana María San Juan; the Minister of Popular Power for Transportation, Francisco Garcés; and the national coordinator of Motorized Youth, Félix Arraiz, stand out.
