The President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, called for the strength of citizens to be felt in every corner of the country during the Second National Popular Consultation 2026, a day in which for the first time condominium councils are integrated into communal circuits for the selection of their projects.
Through a message disseminated on her social networks, the national president urged the population to go to the voting centers. “May the strength of our citizens be felt in every corner of Venezuela!” , said Rodríguez, who stressed that this day is aimed at choosing the works needed by organized communities.
The inclusion of condominiums in this electoral process expands the mechanisms of citizen participation. The Head of State stressed that this dynamic allows residents of buildings and urban areas to directly define investment priorities to improve their spaces and their quality of life throughout the national territory.
