President Delcy Rodríguez brings Venezuela's progress in agricultural production to FAO

The president, Delcy Rodríguez, arrived in Rome, Italy to participate in the World Food Forum 2026.

Upon arrival, she was greeted by international delegations and representatives of the multilateral organization, and then moved to the headquarters of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), where she was received by the Director General of the organization, Qu Dongyu.

“The central objective of its agenda is to make visible advances, strategies and challenges in terms of agricultural production, environmental sustainability and resilient agri-food systems,” the Presidential Press reported.
