PORTUGUESA/Cabello: Imperialism is still playing hard, but now without any shame

In a
massive mobilization from Turén, Portuguesa, in rejection of the criminal blockade imposed against
the country by the United States, the first vice-president of the
United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, warned that “North American
imperialism is still playing hard”.
He criticized that the White
House and its internal and external lackeys “continue to pressure, they continue to
persecute, they continue to apply sanctions, they continue to apply the blockade against
our country, but now without any kind of shame.”
Cabello pointed out that the blockade has a candidate, “but the People of Venezuela
also have a candidate and their name is Nicolás Maduro (...) and from this land of
women, men, students, youth, we demand that
North American imperialism lift the blockade against Venezuela.”
The leader of
the red awning urged the United States to let the Bolivarian Revolution govern “
so that this People are happier, to respond to everything that the People
ask for immediately.”
