Popular Power handed over to President Maduro its proposals that emerged from the Q7 debate

After the bases of People's Power met, they debated, consulted and established the plan of the Seven Transformations (7T), guided by the head of state for the design of a policy of consolidation, recovery and prosperity, towards the bicentennial year 2030.

Organized Popular Power culminated an unprecedented historical period in Venezuela, with more than 60,000 community assemblies where Venezuelans attended various spaces throughout the national territory within the Consultation-Debate and Action (CDA) method to define the challenge oriented to Economic Transformation.

ECONOMIC TRANSFORMATION

“Despite the more than 900 unilateral coercive measures that we experience on a daily basis, there has been growth in the economy, a stabilization in the exchange rate. Today's entrepreneurs have a Law for the Promotion and Development of New Enterprises and we have the 4F method that has allowed us to dream, to undertake,” reflected the spokesperson for the first transformation, Yornel Antonio Veliz Peña.

This spokesperson presented the need to improve bank financing for which banking modernization is needed, through the use of new technological alternatives. He also recommended the fight against bureaucratism.

FULL INDEPENDENCE

Carla Contreras, spokeswoman for Q2, Full Independence, explained that more than 10,500 proposals were received, with the participation of more than 1,130,000 people, who call for and promote the rescue of national identity to create a new patriotic generation.

Contreras called for the rescue and visibility of the biocultural legacy of our knowledge as a multiethnic and multicultural country, as well as the strengthening of the national industry with components of science, technology and innovation, in accordance with the priorities established by the Bolivarian Economic Agenda.

He also recommended deepening international cooperation mechanisms in the field of science, technology and innovation and promoting science and technology in schools and high schools in the country, with innovation initiatives such as robotics and other scientific developments.

Other relevant aspects refer to the need to expand science in agricultural development and establish a national strategy for digital transformation of the State to achieve a more efficient and transparent State-citizen interaction at all levels.

Finally, he called for evaluating the implementation of a digital card that links identity, traffic, health and social security systems to simplify procedures.

TRANSFORMATION OF VENEZUELA'S TERRITORIAL UNION IN ITS HISTORICAL RIGHTS, PEACE AND SECURITY

Desiré Dubraska Valerón Guarenas was responsible for presenting the proposals of the organized communities and the Bolivarian National Armed Forces regarding Peace, Security and Territorial Integrity.

These were the suggestions:

1. A comprehensive approach to the institutions of the national State in Esequiba Guiana, to guarantee education, food, basic services, security, justice, internet roads, telephony, sports, identification services and registry and notary services.

2. Transformation of the FANB into a more practical and modern structure that allows its efficient use in accordance with new scenarios, challenges and threats.

3. Improve the equipment of the FANB and of the public security agencies.

4. Establish the Peace Quadrants system in Guiana Essequiba where citizen security agencies are present.

5. Create educational models of work for those deprived of their liberty that provide them with the necessary tools for their reintegration into social life.

6. Bring the justice system closer to communities with the presence of justices of the peace to prevent crimes and procedural measures.

7. Approve the Organic Law of the Justice System to transform its functioning throughout its structure, guaranteeing procedural speed and crime prevention, peaceful coexistence and respect for human rights within the framework of the constitution and laws.

8. To carry out the public consultation of the national plan for human rights with the mission of promoting the alternative model imposed by Western powers.

ECONOMIC TRANSFORMATION

Spokeswoman Lolibeth Garrido presented to the president the proposals of Q4: Social Transformation, discussed in 16,000 meetings. Among these, the guarantee, through BRICOMILES, supplies for schools and hospitals, schools and the community stands out. As well as building sports fields for students and children in the communities.

POLITICAL TRANSFORMATION

Yelitza Bernal, spokesperson responsible for presenting Q5: Political Transformation, in which 86,000 people participated, proposed:

2. To reaffirm the dignity of peoples, to continue moving forward.

3. Strengthening the commune project with a priority flag of economic society, political and territorial government entities.

4. Transformation of our basic working methods to eradicate bureaucratism.

LAND RIGHTS AND ECOSOCIALISM

María Isabel Vizcarrondo, spokesperson for the sixth transformation, advocated the rights of Mother Earth and transversalized ecological transformation.

In this regard, he reiterated the need for better management of solid rights and to combat consumerism by generating waste that ends up being polluting.

GEOPOLITICAL TRANSFORMATION

Astery Painvain, spokesperson for the seventh geopolitical transformation, presented proposals to the head of state Nicolás Maduro aimed at dignifying the treatment of migrants.
