Plataforma Patria integrates payment for drinking water services into its management system

Users of the Patria system can pay their bills for the supply of drinking water directly through their digital wallet.

The technical procedure begins with access to the user's profile, where the “Wallet” option must be selected and, subsequently, the “Services and Contracts” section. In this section, the system displays a list of water operators where the interested party registers the contract account number associated with their home or business premises.

Once the link has been made, the portal automatically displays the balance due. The user has the possibility to make partial or total payments using the funds in their wallet, which usually come from government allocations or previous transfers.

Upon confirming the transaction, the system issues a digital receipt that certifies the transaction and updates the account statement to the service provider.
