Plan Cayapa Heroica repaired equipment at Falconiana University

Students from the Electromedicine Program of the Francisco de Miranda National Experimental University (UNEFM) and technicians attached to the Foundation for the Development of Science and Technology (FUNDACITE) in Falcón, performed preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment from the Ingeniero Rodolfo Bastidas University Complex, as part of the Cayapa Heroica National Plan.

According to a press release from the Ministry of Science and Technology (MINCYT), volunteers maintained three centrifuges and four microscopes at the aforementioned university center, known as El Hatillo.

Engineers José Jordán and Hecner Sánchez participated in the activity for FUNDACITE Falcón; while students Mariana Rodríguez and Valeria Medina attended the UNEFM.

The Cayapa Heroic Plan is an initiative of the National Government that aims to recover, repair and put into operation equipment in strategic centers of the country, in order to replace imports and contribute to the well-being of the population.
