Plan 465 rehabilitates facades of “18" street in Mérida

Plan 465 promoted by Governor Jehyson Guzmán and supported by President Nicolás Maduro, which contemplates the rehabilitation of public, heritage and road spaces, continues with improvements to the facades of 18th Street through the Fund for the Integral Development of Habitat and Housing of the State of Mérida.

In this regard, Mileidy Araujo, representative of the fund, reported that after the renovations on 18 Fernández Peña Street, it will serve as a model street for Plan 465, and there will be a Mural Festival.

In the place, 27 houses have been intervened, the church of Our Lady of Perpetual Help or, as it is traditionally called, the La Tercera church and Plaza Francisco Miranda, with the painstaking work of more than 25 people, including workers and technical staff.

For several days, popular power has been relied on through the sector's communal council, which contacts residents, who receive support to recover their facades, which has a positive impact on local beautification.

The residents of 18th Street have expressed their gratitude for these repairs and repairs, as is the case of Mary Montiel, a resident of the sector, who congratulated Governor Jehyson Guzmán and President Nicolás Maduro for painting and curling the façade of their house.
