The headquarters of the Cultural Mission, located in the Altagracia parish of Caracas, kicked off the Christmas celebrations with a musical day that brought together its workers around Venezuelan traditions.

The activity began with a troupe of the group Musical Salad, which toured the facilities from the 12th floor to the lobby of the building. Later, the group La Gran Alianza offered a piping performance that animated the meeting.

The Deputy Minister of Culture, Gabriela Simoza, highlighted the importance of these spaces to strengthen union between workers and promote traditions in communities.

“Despite having been a difficult and complex year, I am sure it will close with good energy, the best vibe, the love and joy of our people,” she said.

Simoza also highlighted the role of the institution's staff in the dissemination of cultural events in the country and noted that the Christmas celebration must be extended to territories and communities.

The meeting culminated with the blessing of the crib, by Reverend David Daniel, who offered a message of peace, unity and prosperity for the workers of the Cultural Mission and the Venezuelan people.
