Padrino López: UN Assembly has served as a platform to extraterritorialize the conflict against Venezuela

The 79th General Assembly of the United Nations (UN) has served as a platform to attack and attempt to extraterritorialize the conflict that North American imperialism maintains against our country, said Defense Minister, G/J Vladimir Padrino López.
“From there, they have tried to maintain the permanent, systematic matrix, what Joseph Goebbel said to repeat and repeat until the lie becomes a truth,” Padrino said during the opening ceremony of the new school year at the Bolivarian Military University (UMV).
In this regard, he pointed out that this situation is part of the attacks that our country receives on a daily basis. “Venezuela is permanently in a state of aggression, of interferenceism, of interventionism,” he stressed.
In addition, citing Supreme Commander Hugo Chávez Frías, he pointed out that conscience is the “strategic weapon” that the Venezuelan people have to advance on the path of self-determination and independence.
