Padrino López denounced guerrilla rhetoric from Guyana against Venezuela

The Minister of Defense, G/J Vladimir Padrino López, denounced that the government of Guyana maintains a dangerous and irresponsible warrior rhetoric against our country, contrary to the provisions of the Argyle agreement.

Through his X account, the senior military officer presented a video of an interview given by President Irfaan Ali to the BBC where he says he is building an international coalition to attack our country.

“The dangerous and irresponsible bellicose rhetoric on the part of the Guyanese government continues. In an interview with the BBC, Irfaan Ali raised the possibility of forming an international coalition against Venezuela, giving another kick to the Argyle agreements and threatening peace in the region,” Padrino said.

In addition, the senior military official reiterated that the will and determination of Venezuelans is stronger than any international “coalition”.
