Opposition member Luis Ratti condemned sectors that call for abstention

Regarding the electoral schedule for 2025, the opposition leader Luis Ratti condemned that sectors of the extreme right call for abstention and ignorance of the institutions in Venezuela.

“We believe that these parties that call for abstention and do not recognize institutionality and powers should not participate in the next elections, and should be sanctioned before the CNE (National Electoral Council), which is the body that guarantees and governs compliance with laws and electoral processes,” he said according to information from La Iguana TV.

In addition, in a document he published on his social networks, he ratified his political organization's commitment to democracy.

In addition, he stated that they remain optimistic that their party can be legalized through the National Electoral Council and their willingness to participate in this year's electoral processes.
