Caracas FC announced the arrival of goalkeeper Wuilker Fariñez, ahead of the nascent Opening Tournament of the Venezuelan Football League (FUTVE League).
“We will never stop believing in you”, was the message with which the Avileño club announced the arrival of Fariñez, through its social networks, accompanied by a video of the most outstanding saves wearing the colors of Vinotinto.
In addition, he reviewed: “This is your house. Here we will fight together.”
Seven years have passed since Wuilker Fariñez last wore the shirt of Caracas FC, the institution where he trained and where he made his professional debut, at just 16 years old.
“Happy with the reception. As a player you hope to leave a mark on football and I think that here in Caracas we want to continue making history,” said the 25-year-old goalkeeper, reported the website of the Reds of Avila.
He also said that it is an immense joy to return. “We were already thinking about trying to come and do our bit. So we're going back to our home, where we were born, where we grew up and I'm thankful for all the people who came here to greet me.”
