Ocumare de la Costa gets ready for the 5K Por Tu Corazón recreational walk

In the state of Aragua, residents and visitors of Ocumare de la Costa de Oro are preparing to experience this weekend a day full of sports, health and family unity with the celebration of the second edition of the 5K Por Tu Corazón race and walk
According to a press release, the big event will begin this Saturday, October 10, at 6:00 in the morning, with the emblematic Plaza Bolívar de Ocumare as its meeting point.
The initiative, designed for runners, walkers and families looking to enjoy an outdoor experience, proposes much more than completing a five-kilometer route: it is an invitation to boost physical activity and well-being in the municipality
The route will start from Plaza Bolívar, taking the entire main Sucre avenue until reaching the El Playón dome, where the return will take place to return and end again in Plaza Bolívar.
Luis Lovera, organizer of the day, stressed that this second edition seeks to consolidate itself as a reference sporting event on the Aragüan coast, promoting cardiovascular health care and healthy community leisure.
